1. Eligibility

You must meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction for alcohol-related app use.
You are responsible for complying with local laws related to alcohol use and transportation safety.
Alc AI is intended for responsible, moderation-focused use only.

Alc AI provides drink logging, BAC estimation, recovery-related insights, reminders, and optional scan-based drink detection.
Some features may require internet connectivity, account authentication, or paid access.
Feature availability may change by version, region, platform, or subscription state.

Alc AI is an informational and harm-reduction tool only. It is not a breathalyzer, blood test, or medical device.
BAC values in Alc AI are estimates only, may be inaccurate, and are not legal or medical measurements.
Do not use Alc AI as a basis for driving, operating machinery, workplace safety decisions, emergency response, or legal compliance decisions.
You must not use Alc AI to plan, optimize, or encourage intoxication, binge drinking, rapid alcohol consumption, or drinking challenges.
Alc AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If someone shows signs of alcohol poisoning or medical distress, call emergency services immediately (for example, 911 in the United States).

You may use Sign in with Apple and Supabase-backed sessions for account security and purchase linking.
You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
You may continue without an authenticated account, but some features may be limited.

Paid plans are offered through Apple billing and entitlement management services.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple platform rules and applicable law.
We may modify pricing, packages, or entitlement structures in future releases.

When you submit a drink photo, you authorize processing required to return drink analysis results.
You must have rights to submit any content you upload.
You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, abuse, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls in the app or backend services.
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse protections, or authentication safeguards.
Do not use the app to create, promote, or participate in drinking games, drinking dares, or other dangerous alcohol-use behavior.
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.

You may stop using Alc AI at any time.
In-app "Delete All Data" clears local app data and local authenticated state on your device.
For account-level deletion or privacy requests, contact support.
We may suspend access for security, abuse, or Terms violations.

Alc AI software, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use of the app.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Alc AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app use.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
